We accept all major credit cards as well as various payment methods including Cash, Zelle, Cashapp and Venmo. Checks are not accepted.
A non-refundable 50% retainer is required to secure your date and time and ensure we don’t take any other client. The remaining balance is due one week prior to the event.
Yeah absolutely! Our AI technology allows us to replace any plain white wall into any backdrop you can imagine.
Sure we can!! We have full size Portable Power Banks for just these occasions, weather permitting of course!
We offer both a 2”x6” classic photo strip option as well as a larger premium 4”x6” option.
- Photo Booth: We’ll need a minimum of a 10’x10’ foot perimeter to have enough space for the Booth, Backdrop and Prop Table. We’ll also need nearby access to a Power Outlet as well as clearance for our 8-Foot tall backdrop stands, if requested or part of your package.
- 360 Video Booth: To safely operate our 360 Video Booth we’ll need a 14’x14’ foot perimeter as the booth features a rotating arm. For both options a level ground is necessary for proper operation and safety.
We always account for at least 1 hour of setup time and about 30-45 minutes to break down for either a Photo Booth or 360 Video Booth. This additional time is included with all packages offered and not an additional charge.
Of course! We understand wanting to get everything ready to go well in advance. We do however charge a $50/hr idle fee for hours where the booth is not being used.
For sure! I would suggest using something at least 8’x8’ in size and a non-reflective surface for best results.
Absolutely! We’re completely covered in case of any unforeseen events. And of course, many venues will request a copy of our Insurance Rider which is not a problem at all.
We cover all of Long Island including Nassau County, Suffolk County and eastern Queens at no cost. For anything further away, please feel free to reach out for a quote.
